Refund Policy

At Grub Hub Catering, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide high-quality catering services and treat boxes for all occasions. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Catering Orders

Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, due to preparation and purchasing costs already incurred.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
2. Treat Boxes

Treat boxes are made to order and therefore are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
3. Events Beyond Our Control
Grub Hub Catering is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, supplier issues, or venue problems). We will always try to work with you on a fair solution.
