  • Catering packages and custom buffets

  • Treat boxes and gift sets

  • Dining at our gastropub located at the Naval & Military Club, Southend-on-Sea

2. Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed online, over the phone, or in person.

  • All orders must be confirmed with full or partial payment (as specified during booking).

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

  • Payment is accepted via cash, card, or secure online payment gateways.

  • Full payment is typically required before order fulfilment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellation periods, eligibility, and how to request a refund.

5. Delivery and Collection

  • We aim to deliver treat boxes and catering orders on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather).

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

  • For collection orders, you must arrive within the scheduled window unless arrangements have been made.

6. Gastropub Services

  • Our gastropub is open 5 days a week at the Naval & Military Club.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individuals displaying abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

  • Allergens and dietary info are available upon request—please notify staff of any allergies before ordering.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

  • While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination in our kitchen.

  • Customers must inform us of dietary restrictions in advance for catering services

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (including images, text, logos, and branding) is the property of Grub Hub Catering and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grub Hub Catering is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage arising from late deliveries or order issues caused by incorrect customer information

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order or service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
